Pour ce faire, nous avons pens\u00e9 \u00e0 une cuisine ouverte du matin au soir, \u00e0 une pi\u00e8ce o\u00f9 il fait bon s&rsquo;attarder, \u00e0 un menu \u00e0 explorer de temps \u00e0 autre.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Nous avons ensuite trac\u00e9 un fil qui, comme le mouvement du soleil, na\u00eetrait ici, sur la Riviera dei Fiori, mais se l\u00e8verait sur la Costa Brava, royaume des tapas, et se fixerait en Am\u00e9rique du Sud, patrie du meilleur barbecue.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Mais nous sommes all\u00e9s plus loin: nous ne pouvions pas avoir un lieu agr\u00e9able sans collaborateurs heureux. Notre \u00e9quipe n&rsquo;est pas seulement compos\u00e9e des meilleurs professionnels, mais aussi des meilleures personnes: celles qui savent que c&rsquo;est le sourire qui rend un lieu le plus
